Really good Stay with City Views
amazing view spacious bathroom separate tub
the third-floor location provided a bay window view. i found the city view below us amazing. the suite included two sitting areas and a large bathroom. a separate deep tub and a rainfall shower were available.
coffee pods have an additional cost.

mixed experience, some issues overshadowed the stay
elevator access parking charge
the lack of elevator access was a problem, especially with luggage. getting to the room required navigating stairs, something i wasn't prepared for (given the prior email about help, which didn't materialize). additionally, the parking charge was like a surprise. i was informed it was a city tax, but that explanation seems incorrect.

spacious room comfortable apartment great views dirty towels limited assistance unclear advertising
the room was spacious and comfortable it had quiet surroundings and was relaxing. it was near dean village a short walk away. i appreciated having an apartment in a private building that felt different from typical hotel chains. the views to the west were great and the windows opened.
the towels looked dirty even after they were changed i felt it was more like a guest house. clearer advertising would have been helpful. after 8 pm there was no one at reception for assistance if toilet paper ran out or something malfunctioned. requests needed to be made before noon to get something.
